M. Delvin & Associates was founded in 2000 by Michael Delvin to provide expert advice on construction projects to capital markets in the areas of due diligence, construction review and project management. As a chief engineer for a major engineering company, Mr. Delvin identified this critical need for representatives with construction and engineering knowledge who could assist capital sources seeking to fund development and construction projects. With beginnings as a sole consultant and a few clients, MD&A quickly grew by referrals into an organization capable of providing a broader range of services to a larger client base representing projects throughout the nation and in international markets. Since inception, MD&A has continued to provide consulting services for several billions of dollars of land development and commercial construction projects.

Today, MD & A specializes in construction and real estate development and owner representation with services ranging from project review and evaluation to management and cost controls. Services range from project schematics and planning to construction observations and project closeout and commissioning.

MD&A is a registered Small Business, and size is one of our greatest assets by giving us the ability to provide personal customized service to each project, for each client.  The full time staff combined with our network of independent consultants throughout the country provides the ability to appropriately staff and respond to the unique requirements of each client or project.
